Primary Job Functions include:
• Ability to develop and maintain existing customer and partner relationships through outbound prospecting
• Demonstrate the ability to identify key players and decision makers in the buying process.
• Achieve team sales quotas by prospecting, identifying and helping to close strategic deals
• Update and maintain CRM database, critical to ensure success of the inside sales team
• Use lead tracking tools to forecast sales activity on a weekly basis
• Analyze reports and review with management in order to develop necessary skills for business management and sales achievement.
• Become proficient in VMTurbo’s sales methodology and ensure that daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly key performance metrics are achieved

Competencies and Qualifications:
• 0-2 years professional experience
• Highly motivated
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Carry high degree of competence in completing duties in a timely and effective manner
• Must be a competitive, passionate team player
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Bachelor Degree in progress, or complete
