Your Position

As MOVE Guides’ Solutions Consultant, you will work with the Sales and Client Success teams to structure solutions for clients and prospects. You will be an expert in our technology, configurations and processes, and participate pre and post sales to help clients adopt and integrate MOVE Guides’ Talent Mobility Cloud and services for their company. Your role will involve mapping processes and data flows, designing configurations and reporting for clients, structuring integrations with HR systems, setting up processes with finance teams, and onboarding client vendors. You will map solutions alongside the sales owner during sales cycles, and then work closely with the client success owner during implementations. You will work globally across different sales and client success colleagues, and across client industries and geographies. You will be analytical, process driven and tech savvy, and also adept at managing client relationships.


Your Responsibilities
• Work with sales owners to structure solutions for clients as a part of sales cycles
• Work with client success during implementations to set up processes, configurations and integrations
• Contribute to RFPs and technical due diligence discussions during sales cycles
• Liaise with client finance, operations and tech teams to set up process and data flows for clients
• Liaise with MG and client vendors to structure integrations with MOVE Guides
• Liaise with MG’s product, engineering and operations to continually improve our product and processes

Previous Experience
• Experience working in client facing roles where you have designed solutions and processes
• Experience managing projects with diverse stakeholders across different locations
• Experience working with technical solutions, data and integrations
• Experience in HR, HR consulting or HR software, a plus
• Experience in global mobility is a plus
• Experience living and working abroad is a plus
