Implementation & Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support & Implementation Specialist is a customer-facing position that is responsible for preparing hardware, managing schedules, and providing Level 1 support in order to insure a successful implementation.

The Candidate will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the customer's equipment is prepared and shipped on-time
- Providing a superior customer experience throughout the implementation process
- Ensuring that the implementation timelines/schedules are communicated properly and that all deadlines are met
- Assists with coordinating customer projects
- Providing customer and basic technical support for clients after the implementation
- Assist with managing inventory levels to ensure on-time delivery to customers

Candidates must display excellent communication skills, both interpersonal, and written.

Must provide superior customer service to internal and external clients.

Ideal Candidates are strong leaders who are able to solve problems creatively and efficiently.

Must be comfortable using technology and be able to explain it to others.

Attention to detail and ability to manage time well and handle multiple projects simultaneously is imperative.
